5.1. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings.
5.2. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their applications.
5.3. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of job postings.
Forum Usage
6.1. The forum section is provided for users to share information, insights, and support related to job searching and employment.
6.2. Users are expected to treat each other with respect and adhere to community guidelines posted on the forum.
Content Ownership
7.1.By submitting content, you grant Incognito.careers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content on the Site. This excludes your personal contact information and resume/cvs stored on our website.
Intellectual Property
8.1. All content and materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Incognito.careers or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission from Incognito.careers.

Termination of Accounts
9.1. Incognito.careers reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms of Service.

11.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.1. Incognito.careers may utilize AI software to build custom resumes based on the information provided by users.
14.2. While we strive to provide accurate and personalized resumes, users are responsible for reviewing and validating the information generated by the AI software.
14.3 While we strive to provide accurate and personalized resumes, the AI software is not a substitute for human review and editing. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information generated by the AI software before submitting your resume to potential employers.
Changes to Terms
15.1 Incognito.careers reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15.2 We will notify you of changes to these Terms of Service by posting the amended terms on the Site and by sending you an email notification to the address associated with your account.
